As we watched so many athletes perform at such high levels in the Olympics, it has made us think about our own self-limiting thoughts. Why couldn’t we try to be more acrobatic, more fit and healthier as we age? Sure, it might take more effort. And maybe we’re not as flexible as we used to be. But that certainly doesn’t mean we can’t continue to grow and achieve more.
Dave & his wife, Elsa, decided to take an Acroyoga class to encourage more “playfulness” in their yoga practices.
And Dave took a 2-day handstand workshop last month to work on his balance, coordination and core. Oh, and just to have fun!
Get inspired and ask yourself if there is something new you’d like to try. It will make you proud of yourself.
