Matt began his journey into the healing arts through studying Health Psychology at the University of New Hampshire. He acquired a great deal of knowledge through many other trainings and certifications. He became proficient in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, advanced Body Mechanics, Fascial Stretching. and Neuromuscular techniques and found great success working with these modalities, especially for neck and back pain. He is also trained in Prenatal massage.

Many years ago, Matt started practicing qigong meditation and Tai Chi Chuan. He went on to study Acupuncture and Chinese medicine and became a licensed Acupuncturist. Matt has found great success in treating patients with a mixture of acupuncture and Chinese bodywork, and is constantly amazed by the sometimes miraculous benefits of acupuncture as medicine. His acupuncture is heavily focused on both getting to the root cause of illness as well as well as pain relief and rehabilitation. For him, there is no better feeling than watching someone progress, feel better, and become more balanced.
